Guests outside the pickup service area must arrive at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel (Tokyo) entrance or lobby by 8:00 AM. The 1-day tour operates on a shared transfer schedule. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals will be considered as a voluntary forfeiture of the tour, and no refunds will be provided. The vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day. Guests from different countries or regions may be arranged on the same vehicle. Meals are not included in this tour unless otherwise stated. The itinerary order may be adjusted depending on weather, traffic, or other operational conditions to ensure a smooth trip. Attraction admission tickets are not included unless specified. Return drop-off is arranged for guests within the pickup service area. Guests outside this area will disband at Shinjuku Washington Hotel. The arrival time may vary due to factors such as traffic congestion, weather, holidays, or crowds. Please plan your personal schedule carefully after the tour, as delays may occur. Elderly guests (70 years and above) must be in good health and accompanied by an adult aged 22 years or above. Minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour. Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those with acrophobia (fear of heights) are not recommended to join the tour and may be refused participation.

Pick-up and drop-off available only in Chiyoda, Chuo, Shinjuku, Taito, and Toshima wards. For Shibuya, Bunkyo, and Minato wards, please confirm with customer support. Itinerary and attraction order may change due to weather or traffic. Late arrivals will be considered a voluntary cancellation. Each guest is allowed one piece of luggage free of charge; please inform customer support for oversized items. Actual return time may vary depending on road and traffic conditions.
