• All pairs and groups are required to purchase the same ticket type, as each ticket's entitlements are non-transferable.
• Tickets can only be refunded or rescheduled if MOIC Ticket Insurance is purchased as an add-on upon upon checkout.
• Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered or duplicated.
• Children 2 years and under enter for free.
• Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult. 
• Each ticket admits one person which will be checked at entry, and is valid only on the date of ticket.
• Re-entry is not permitted.
• Your ticket entitles you to entry within your 30 minute entry window, and please note that you may need to queue for entry.
• Museum of Ice Cream is not responsible and does not assume liability for any injury, damage or loss you may incur, whether such injury, damage or loss is caused by negligence or otherwise.
• Museum of Ice Cream may, without prior notice and without refund, compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admissions to the attraction due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.

Universal Studios Singapore

• Non-transferable, not for sale or exchange and non-refundable, including, but not limited to events outside Resorts World Sentosa’s control; governmental acts, acts of God, riots, strikes, natural disasters, haze or inclement weather (regardless of severity).
• Void if Altered, Tampered or Damaged.
• Applicable for admission during regular park operating hours, not valid during Special Events.
• Regular Park operating hours is subject to change without prior notice.
• Hand stamp and ticket required for same day re-entry into Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium or Adventure Cove Waterpark only.
• Please be careful of your safety and belongings at all times, as we shall not be liable for any damage or loss that you may suffer arising from your use of Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium or Adventure Cove Waterpark, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
• These premises are under surveillance.
• For the safety of all of our guests, team members and marine animals, Resorts World Sentosa will be conducting bag checks on all personal and/or hand carry baggage.
• Failure to follow posted guidelines may result in serious injury or expulsion from the attraction.

Parkhopper 

[Bird Paradise + Singapore Zoo + River Wonders + Night Safari]

• Identification may be required upon redemption.
• Ticket is valid for 1 month from date of purchase.
• A child is defined as a person between 3 to 12 years of age for the purpose of determining whether an admission ticket to a WRS Park is required.
• Children below 3 years old may enter the WRS Parks for free, subject to WRS’ satisfactory verification.
• All TA Admission Tickets are subject to WRS Parks’ prevailing “Park Ticket Terms & Conditions” published at https://www.mandai.com/en/park-terms.html.
• No return, exchange, cancellation and/or cash refund of TA Admission Tickets purchased and/or issued is allowed.
• Admission is at voucher holder's own risk. WRS will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by the voucher holder while in the park
• Voucher holder agrees not to use photographs/ recording in the park for commercial purposes. WRS may take photographs/recordings of any park visitor for any purpose, without prior approval or compensation;
• In the event of dispute, WRS electronic records shall prevail; 
• No claims will be entertained for any lost, torn, defaced or expired voucher.
• Unauthorized duplication or sale of vouchers is prohibited.
