On rates: your margin, payment terms and commission group are set on your partner record by HolidaySG after your application is reviewed — they are not something you choose on the form, and they depend on the market you sell in and the volume you do. The prices you see on products inside the portal are your rates. For anything beyond that, talk to the partnerships team rather than relying on a figure on a web page.
Who it suits
The portal is built for businesses that resell travel rather than individual travellers: retail travel agencies, tour operators, online travel companies, corporate travel desks, visa consultancies and destination management companies. If you book for your own clients and need a single account with credit, statements and sub-logins, that is the use case.
How to apply
Applications go through the B2B application form. It asks for your name, work email, company name, phone, country of operation, an optional website, and one to three business documents (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB each) such as a business registration certificate or licence. Those documents are stored privately and only HolidaySG admin staff reviewing the application can open them.
- A person reviews every application — there is no instant approval. You get an email when the account is live.
- If your email domain does not match your website, or you apply from a free mailbox, the form flags it for a closer look. It is never an automatic rejection.
- One account per company. If a colleague already has an approved or pending account on your company domain, a second application is refused on purpose; you get added under Staff in the portal instead.
- Signing in from a new device asks for a short code sent to your registered email, and you get an alert when a new device is used.
