We charge a flat fee of S$65 per applicant, regardless of the destination country. This covers application preparation, document review, and coordination. Government visa fees and embassy charges are paid separately and vary by country and nationality.
Documents vary by destination, but typically include: a valid passport (at least 6 months validity), valid Singapore Work Permit, passport-sized photos, employer details (NRIC or passport copy), travel itinerary and accommodation details, and an employer sponsorship letter. Yes. Foreign domestic helpers holding a valid Singapore Work Permit can apply for most tourist and visit visas through the relevant embassy or visa application centre in Singapore. HolidaySG coordinates the entire process.
Processing times vary by country — from 3 working days (e.g. some Southeast Asian countries) to 2–4 weeks (e.g. USA, UK, Australia). We will advise on the expected timeline when you contact us.
It depends on the country. Some embassies require the applicant to attend in person for biometrics or an interview (e.g. USA, UK). For others (e.g. China, Japan), an authorised representative can submit the application. We will advise on the specific requirements.
If a visa application is rejected, we will advise you on the reasons (where provided by the embassy) and whether a resubmission is possible. Our document review before submission helps reduce the chance of rejection. The HolidaySG service fee is not refundable, but government fees may be refundable depending on the country.
Some countries offer transit visas or visa-free transit for Work Permit holders. If your travel involves a transit stop, we will advise whether a separate visa is needed for that country.
