Terms & conditions
- The pass will be available after 1 hour of barcode receipt
- The ride departs every hour (departure time may change depending on on-site conditions)
- Even in rainy weather, the Jeju Rail Bike will proceed with normal operation. However, operations may not be possible in case of natural disasters such as heavy rain or heavy snow
- For safety reasons, these boarding capacities cannot be exceeded: 2-seater: 2 people / 4-seater: 4 people
- Children, pregnant women, and the elderly must board with a guardian
- There will be a fee for children 36 months and above. It is free for those under 36 months. Please bring their proof of age
