Show Mobile Ticket: at the cashier counter
- Customers are required to select their preferred visitation date and time upon booking.
- Booking confirmation must be presented at the cashier counter.
- Physical tickets must be redeemed at the cashier counter.
- Children below 3 years old enter free of charge with accompanying adults.
- Child tickets are valid for children under 13 years old and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
- Guests aged 13 and above are required to purchase an adult ticket.
- Senior citizens aged 60 and above, as well as individuals with disabilities, are eligible to purchase tickets at RM68. MyKad or a disability card must be presented at the cashier counter for verification.
- All guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations displayed at DurianBB Academy as a condition of entry.
- No refunds will be provided in the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Tickets are not valid with other discounts, promotions, privileges, or loyalty programs.
- Tickets are not exchangeable for cash. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or accepted.
- Expired tickets will not be accepted, and strictly no extensions will be granted.
- Required to present MyKad/Passport for verification at the collection counter. Failing which, a surge charge of RM30 for children, RM60 for adults will be charged during the ticket redemption.
- DurianBB Academy reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
