How to use

Show Mobile Ticket: at the cashier counter

Terms & conditions

Customers are required to select their preferred visitation date and time upon booking.
Booking confirmation must be presented at the cashier counter.
Physical tickets must be redeemed at the cashier counter.
Children below 3 years old enter free of charge with accompanying adults.
Child tickets are valid for children under 13 years old and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Guests aged 13 and above are required to purchase an adult ticket.
Senior citizens aged 60 and above, as well as individuals with disabilities, are eligible to purchase tickets at RM68. MyKad or a disability card must be presented at the cashier counter for verification.
All guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations displayed at DurianBB Academy as a condition of entry.
No refunds will be provided in the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Tickets are not valid with other discounts, promotions, privileges, or loyalty programs.
Tickets are not exchangeable for cash. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or accepted.
Expired tickets will not be accepted, and strictly no extensions will be granted.
Required to present MyKad/Passport for verification at the collection counter. Failing which, a surge charge of RM30 for children, RM60 for adults will be charged during the ticket redemption.
