No - Indians get 30-day visa-free entry (effective since 1 Dec 2023, extended through 31 Dec 2026). You must still submit the free MDAC before arrival.
No - Singapore citizens (ASEAN) enter visa-free. Only the MDAC is required.
The Malaysia Digital Arrival Card is a mandatory, completely free online arrival form submitted within 72 hours (at least 3 days) before arrival at imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main. It is NOT a visa.
Yes - the official eVISA and eNTRI systems are at malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my, but they are only needed by nationalities that require a visa.
The 30-day visa-free social/tourist entry is generally not extendable; you must exit and re-enter or apply for an appropriate visa.
Overstaying can result in fines, detention, deportation and blacklisting; penalties are enforced strictly at departure.
Indian and Singapore travellers transiting are covered by the visa-free policy; airside transit without clearing immigration needs no visa.
