This restaurant is a highly popular dining spot at Atlantis in Dubai, UAE. We strongly recommend making an early reservation once your travel plans are confirmed to avoid last-minute unavailability.

2. We do not accept any refund requests due to travelers being late or missing the dining time for other personal reasons.

3. Please note that table arrangements are randomly assigned by restaurant staff, and we have no authority to designate specific seats (such as those near the aquarium). Travelers should be aware of this policy, and we will not accept any complaints or negative reviews related to seating arrangements.

4. The restaurant updates and adjusts its menu daily, and we have no authority to make specifications. Please note that we will not accept any complaints or negative reviews regarding dishes or taste preferences.

5. If visitors encounter last-minute itinerary changes and cannot arrive at the restaurant at the reserved time, they must contact customer support 2-3 hours in advance. Our support staff will make every effort to negotiate with the restaurant to adjust the dining time, but success cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the restaurant's reservation availability that day. If adjustments cannot be made, visitors must promptly modify their plans and arrive at the restaurant at the originally scheduled time. If failure to arrive on time results in the restaurant canceling the reservation without issuing a refund, we will not be liable for any compensation and will not accept complaints or negative reviews in any form.

6. Male guests are required to wear collared shirts (casual wear is acceptable), long pants or elegant jeans, and closed-toe shoes (sneakers are not permitted). Please avoid wearing T-shirts, shorts, slippers, or overly casual attire.

7. Females are required to wear suits or formal attire (casual wear is acceptable), long skirts, or elegant short skirts with blouses. Avoid overly casual outfits such as tank tops, backless tops, shorts, or flip-flops.

8. If guests do not comply with the hotel's dress code requirements, the hotel reserves the right to cancel their reservation and charge the full amount.

9. Children under 13 years old cannot make reservations, and those aged 13 and above will be charged the same price as adults.

10. In case of price increases due to local/international holidays or other reasons, the water-inclusive discount will be canceled (final confirmation applies). If you disagree with paying the difference, a full refund will be issued.

11. Reservations are limited to 4 people per table. Groups exceeding 4 will need to be seated at separate tables, and proximity between tables cannot be guaranteed.

12. Dinner dining time is between 18:00 and 20:00. The specific start time cannot be specified in advance and will be based on the dining time indicated in our confirmation notice. If there are any changes to the dining time, we will promptly update and notify you. Please stay alert for any message notifications sent to you via the Trip.com app.
