About Jiulongsong
The Nine Dragon Pine is located in Wudaoying Township, Fengning County. It was planted in the Northern Song Dynasty, and has a history of more than 980 years. The Nine Dragon Pine is 9.1 meters high, 2.8 meters in circumference, and has branches up to 13 meters long. From its appearance, it has nine thick branches that are entwined and intertwined. The nine branches are like dragon heads, and the trunk is curved like a dragon body. The bark is blocky, like dragon scales. The nine branches are like dragons flying up, so it is called the Nine Dragon Pine.
