Before You Request a Return
Please note:
• Most attraction tickets, tours, and travel services cannot be physically returned
• Return eligibility depends on the supplier's cancellation and return conditions
• Requests must be made before the activity or service date
• Certain products are marked as non-returnable or non-refundable at the time of booking
Returns requested after the activity date or after service usage cannot be processed.
When Returns May Be Accepted
Returns may be considered if:
• The booking is eligible for free cancellation
• The supplier cancels the activity or service
• The selected date becomes unavailable and no alternative can be offered
• Duplicate bookings or duplicate payments were made
• Incorrect tickets were issued due to a system or supplier error
All return requests are subject to supplier review and approval.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns are generally not accepted if:
• The cancellation or return period has expired
• The ticket, service, or voucher has been used
• The customer did not attend the activity (no-show)
• Incorrect travel details were provided by the customer
• The booking was purchased as non-refundable or promotional inventory
Processing Time
Approved returns and refunds are typically processed within 7–21 business days, depending on the supplier and payment method.
Bank processing times may vary.

• Booking ID
• Lead traveller name
• Reason for the return request
• Supporting documents (if applicable)
• Contact number and email address
