Terms & conditions

1. All passengers must complete a boarding declaration form and undergo ID verification.
2. Foreign passengers must carry a passport (one representative can carry it for the group).
3. Boat tickets must be issued within 5 minutes before departure. We recommend arriving at the ticket office at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
4. Passengers without a redeemed boat ticket cannot board the ship.
5. Infants under 36 months travel for free. Children aged 36 months and above, up to elementary school age, are charged child ticket prices. Junior high school students and above are charged adult ticket prices.
6. Navigation will operate normally during rain/snow, but will be suspended during heavy rain warnings/cold wave warnings or when the discharge volume of Palttang Dam exceeds 3,000 tons.
7. Wheelchairs or strollers must be stored at the designated storage area within the pier before boarding.
8. Reservations can be made up to 3 hours before departure for each voyage.
