About HydroDash Admission Ticket
Dive into the ultimate aquatic adventure at HydroDash, Singapore's first and only floating aqua park located right on the scenic Palawan Beach. With over 30 thrilling inflatable obstacles, including 12 brand-new additions, this ocean-bound playground promises endless splashing fun for thrill-seekers and families alike. Book your session today to test your agility, balance, and water confidence in the heart of Sentosa.
Local Legends & Stories
While Palawan Beach is famously known as the closest point to the equator in Singapore via its suspension bridge, the waters surrounding HydroDash have quickly become a modern local legend for weekend warriors seeking the ultimate test of balance and bravery among friends.
Must Do Experiences
-
Conquer the newly revamped obstacle course featuring 12 brand-new inflatable challenges designed to test your balance and agility.
-
Race your friends and family across the floating slides and climbing walls in the open waters of Palawan Beach.
-
Take a refreshing plunge into the sea from the various jumping platforms scattered throughout the aqua park.
-
Master the varying difficulty levels at your own pace to build water confidence and motor skills while having a splashing good time.
Hidden Gems
-
Look out for the specific color-coded zones on the inflatable obstacles, which secretly indicate the difficulty level so you can tailor your route to your comfort zone.
-
The water around Palawan Beach is surprisingly calm in the early morning, offering a much smoother and less wobbly experience for first-timers finding their sea legs.
-
Keep an eye out for the local marine life, as small schools of fish are occasionally spotted swimming just beneath the floating platforms.
What Makes it Special
-
It holds the unique title of being Singapore's first and only floating aqua park, set directly in the natural sea rather than a conventional swimming pool.
-
The recent massive revamp introduced 12 exclusive new obstacles, making it bigger, bolder, and more action-packed than its original debut.
-
It offers a fantastic blend of physical fitness and pure fun, helping participants of all ages develop motor skills and water confidence in a safe, supervised environment.
Available Facilities
Perfect Timing
When to visit for the best experience
The best time to visit is during the first session of the day, typically around 10:00 AM, when the weather is cooler and the crowds are at their thinnest. Avoid the midday heat and peak weekend afternoons if you prefer a more relaxed experience with shorter queues for the popular obstacles. Always check the local weather forecast before heading down, as the park will close during rain or lightning alerts for safety reasons.
Photography Guide
Capture the perfect shots
-
Capture wide-angle action shots from the Palawan Beach shoreline, especially during the golden hour just before sunset when the inflatable structures glow against the sky.
-
Use a waterproof smartphone pouch or an action camera if you want to get immersive, first-person perspectives of sliding and splashing on the obstacles.
-
Ask the on-duty lifeguards if they can snap a quick photo of your group from the boarding platform, as they are stationed at excellent vantage points.
Cultural Etiquette
Respect local customs and traditions
Singaporeans value efficiency and queueing, so please wait your turn patiently at the start of each obstacle and avoid pushing or cutting in line. Modest swimwear is perfectly acceptable at the beach, but remember to cover up with a t-shirt or cover-up when walking back to the mainland or visiting nearby Sentosa eateries. Tipping is not expected or required in Singapore, including for the lifeguards and staff at the aqua park.
Special Events & Experiences
Enhanced experiences and seasonal highlights
-
School holiday peak seasons in June and December bring special extended operating hours and vibrant summer beach festivals around Palawan Beach.
-
Look out for exclusive corporate team-building packages and private booking events that occasionally transform the park into a customized competitive arena.
-
Sentosa's annual beach parties and weekend sunset DJ sessions often create a lively, festive atmosphere right on the shores near HydroDash.
Important Guidelines & Safety
Essential safety information and guidelines
-
Always wear the provided life jacket at all times while on the floating structures, regardless of your swimming ability.
-
Listen carefully to the lifeguards' instructions and immediately exit the water if you hear the emergency whistle or see a lightning warning flag raised.
-
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before and after your session, as the combination of physical exertion and tropical sun can lead to quick dehydration.
Visitor Information
Entry Fee
Standard admission tickets start from SGD 22.00, offering excellent value for an action-packed session on the water. It is highly recommended to book your slots online in advance, especially during weekends and public holidays, to secure your preferred time and avoid disappointment.
Visit Duration
Plan to spend about 1 to 1.5 hours for the entire experience, including changing, the safety briefing, and your actual time on the water. If you are short on time, prioritize the newly added 12 obstacles and the main central slide to get the most thrilling highlights of the revamped course.
Accessibility
The floating aqua park itself requires physical mobility and is not suitable for wheelchair users or individuals with severe physical limitations. However, the Palawan Beach shoreline and the check-in kiosk area are easily accessible via paved pathways and beach wheelchairs available on Sentosa.
