The holder of the Quack Xpress is allowed to have priority access to a maximum of 20 different rides and attractions. Certain rides and attractions may take time to access depending on seating capacity and time limitations. Certain rides and attractions may have different restrictions on age, height, or usage. Guests must comply with all the rules and regulations to be eligible. The Quack Xpress is only valid on the date of entry. Quack Xpress is non-transferable and only valid for the purchaser. (You will not be able to share the wristband with a companion.) There is a limited number of available Quack Xpress passes in a day and sales may be suspended at any time without prior notice. Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or to terminate the Quack Xpress at any time without prior notice. Sunway Lagoon Malaysia Management reserves the right to close any of the listed rides or attractions for maintenance or any other reasons without prior notice. The ticket is valid for the specified visit date and cannot be altered or rescheduled Penalty Fees Upgrade Mykad Child to Mykad Adult: RM 50 per person Upgrade Mykad to Non-Mykad: RM 100 per person Mykad ticket is for Malaysia blue card or Mykid only Age Requirements: - Child rate is for ages 12 years old and below or for Senior ages 60 years old and above - Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. - Child rates apply to children above 90cm in height or age 12 years old (based on year of born) and below - Child rate is not from 4 years old. E-load can be loaded at the Ticketing Counter Unused balance of E-load is able to get a refund on the same day at the Ticketing Counter before 7 pm * When using waterslides the following are not permitted: Jewelry of any kind, T-shirts and bathing suits with metal decoration, Cut-off jeans, Glasses, Use of slides are at your own risks. Sunway Lagoon reserves the right at its own discretion to carry out renovations and/or upgrading works as and when deemed necessary The management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close the park, rides, or attractions due to maintenance, inclement weather, special events, any circumstances beyond control, and cancel and/ or amend any activity without prior notice. Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure all valuables as the park cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles. Insurance coverage is applicable with terms and conditions. Admission Ticket valid on visit date Re-entry to the park is not allowed. Wristband tags will be removed upon exit. Wristband tags are valid for entry only on the date of visit.Eligibility Child Rate: Ages 12 years old and below or Senior aged 60 years old and above. When using waterslides, the following are not permitted: jewelry, T-shirts or swimwear with metal decorations, cut-off jeans, and glasses. Slides are used at guests’ own risk. Sunway Lagoon encourages guests to secure valuables. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
