Product Redemption |
1. Once any product or gift in the combo ticket has been redeemed, returns or refunds will not be accepted.
2. Please note the operating hours of the redemption store. If you cannot redeem during that time, please do so during other regular operating hours within the validity period.
The combo ticket is valid for 14 days. It must be used up within 14 days (including the day of first use) after any product is used. For example: If the first product is activated on January 1, 2025, the latest usage deadline is until January 14, 2025.
4. This ticket is valid for one person per ticket, and each e-ticket can only be used once. It cannot be reused after verification for entry.
5. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), and considering public safety, the organizer may postpone or cancel the activity with prior notice and contact. For any matters not covered herein, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the activity.

1. The mountainous area is rainy and the ground is slippery. Visitors who are unwell, elderly, or have mobility issues are advised to assess their physical condition before visiting.
2. The weather is changeable with significant temperature differences between morning and evening. It's recommended to bring warm clothing and rain gear. The park offers umbrella borrowing services.
3. Due to weather conditions, moss may grow naturally in the park. Please watch your step and walk carefully.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the park.
5. Pets (except guide dogs), inflatable balloons, and dangerous items are prohibited in the park.
6. Riding bicycles, children's tricycles, skateboards, and inline skates is prohibited.
7. Do not climb over the railings.
8. Do not enter animal exhibition areas or work zones.
9. Feeding animals without permission is prohibited.
Eating and drinking are prohibited in indoor venues, the Bird Interaction Zone, and the Life Demonstration Area.
11. Please refrain from loud noises, pushing, running, lying on seats, or littering.
12. Do not engage in any behavior that affects the rights of other visitors or the quality of the park.
13. Optional activities (fees excluded):
Parking cleaning and maintenance fee (NT$40 for large vehicles, NT$20 for small vehicles, NT$10 for motorcycles).
Electric shuttle service: Full fare NT$30, concession ticket NT$15.
14. It is recommended to wear breathable clothing such as long sleeves and pants, along with comfortable walking shoes. Bring mosquito repellent and sun protection items.

1. Please ensure your attire is neat and tidy.
2. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
3. Eating, drinking, chewing gum, or betel nuts are strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls and theaters.
4. Please refrain from loud noises, pushing, running, lying on seats, or littering.
5. Pets (except guide dogs) and dangerous items are not allowed inside the venue.
6. Unless otherwise specified, photography and the use of flash are permitted in this facility. However, photos and videos taken must not be used for any commercial or publishing purposes. For special requests, please submit an application to the facility following the required procedures and proceed only after approval.
7. Please follow the instructions for using the display items as shown.
8. Those who damage, destroy, or remove exhibits or facilities may face criminal charges for vandalism and be liable for civil damages.
9. The park has free parking, but please note that spaces are limited.
10.
