A building full of rooms designed to lie to your eyes. Floors tilt so that water appears to run uphill and standing straight feels impossible. Painted walls resolve into three dimensions from one particular spot. Mirrors multiply you down a corridor that is not there.

Each installation has a marked place to stand and a marked place to photograph from, and staff will position you and take the shot — which is the difference between a picture that works and one that does not. You end up balanced on a ledge above a chasm, shrunk to the size of your own children, or hanging from a wall by one arm.

It takes about an hour and works far better in a group than alone, since half the fun is watching someone else fall for an illusion you have just fallen for yourself. It is indoors and air-conditioned, in the middle of St. Augustine's attraction district.
