• For guest with QR code ticket, please proceed directly to attraction/outlet (whichever
  applicable) per e-ticket description. For guest with barcode ticket, kindly visit any
  Singapore Cable Car ticketing counters to exchange for physical ticket prior to
  admission.
• Each e-ticket is valid for one-time use only. Once the ticket is scanned, it will be
  deemed as utilized and cannot be used on other days and no partial redemptions of

Note: Please be reminded that all guests (except children 12 years old and below) are to be fully vaccinated (2 weeks after second vaccination) by the visit date.

Please note that the following terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to your e-purchases. By confirming your purchase, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1.     Please proceed to any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counter to choose from an available time slot before heading to SkyHelix Sentosa for your ride.

2.     Kindly be informed that seats availability is on a first come first serve basis. Upon selection of a time slot, no amendments will be allowed.

3.     Redemption points for non-alcoholic beverage is at SkyHelix Snack Bar and souvenir is at Retail Kiosk @ SkyHelix Sentosa. Redemption of beverage / souvenir must be done on the same day of the visit.

4.     Each e-ticket is valid for one (1) guest only and can only be used once

5.     Once the ticket is scanned, it will be deemed as utilized and cannot be used on other days.

6.     No partial redemption of any e-ticket shall be allowed.

7.     All tickets are valid on the date and time as stated on the ticket. Please arrive on time for your booked time slot. Last boarding for booked time slot will be 15 minutes before the end of the hourly time-slot. Boarding will come on a first-come-first-served basis within the allocated time slot.

8.     All ticket prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and inclusive of 8% Goods and Service Tax (GST).

9.     This ticket is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. All completed and confirmed transactions cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended under any circumstances.

10.   Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be replaced or refunded.

11.   Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old. Guests between 1.05m to 1.2m in height or under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Guest under 1.05m in height is not permitted to take the SkyHelix Sentosa ride.

12.   Please contact your travel agent if the ticket provided is deemed to be invalid or if you require any changes. Any changes will be subjected to availability.

13.   MFLG reserves the right to cancel or amend the product offerings at its discretion, without any refunds or compensation, in the event of unfavourable weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.

14.   By accepting admission, you understand that there are inherent weather and fire hazards in the activities and hereby agree and accept the aforementioned hazards. You agree to release MFLG from liabilities and responsibilities for personal injury, loss or damage, which may be incurred.

15.   MFLG reserves the right to make changes at its discretion and amend or add to the T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

16.   Island Admission and Transport charges payable separately.

17.   Rates, operating hours and policies are subjected to revision from time to time and MFLG reserves the right to make any changes without prior notice.

18.   Guests will be required to rebook a time slot at ticketing counter if there was a ride suspension.

19.   This is a rain or shine event. Tickets are non-exchangeable or non-refundable under any circumstances.

20.    This ride is not suitable for expectant mothers, guest who have fear of heights and guests with limited mobility

21.    As part of our safety protocols, please note that all guests of SkyHelix Sentosa must be able to fasten the safety belt to enjoy the ride. Guests who are unable to do so will not be able to ride. A test seat is available at the attraction. Please reach out to our staff for assistance.

Governing the Use of Tickets

1.  All guests must present a valid ticket to staff manning the island or attraction' admission points or the outlet staff to avail the services or products indicated on the tickets.

2.  Individual procedures, policies and regulations governing the individual attractions and outlets shall prevail.

3.  MFLG and the respective attractions and outlets reserve the right to decline and refuse and person(s) the services or products stated on the tickets should it deem or suspect any violation or infringement of the use of ticket.

4.  For tickets that include meals at restaurants or outlets for group size with more than 15 pax, prior reservation is required at the respective restaurants or outlets.

5.  It is the sole responsibility of the One Faber Group Partner to ensure the usage of the tickets is in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herin and/or that as may be amended, varied or supplemented by MFLG and/or its partners.
