How to use

Show your mobile or printed voucher at the venue unless your confirmation email says otherwise. Ticket redemption steps are finalized when you choose a package in the partner portal.

Terms & conditions

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited on board.

2. If you are prone to seasickness, we recommend taking a ginger tablet before boarding.

3. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to inform Journey Beyond Cruise Sydney at least 24 hours before departure. If you notify us within 24 hours, our staff will do their best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it will be fulfilled.

4. If you wish to explore the outdoor deck, we recommend bringing a jacket as the weather on the water can be cooler. If it's sunny, don't forget sunscreen and a hat, and be sure to bring your camera! 5. If you plan to purchase spirits onboard, please bring cash or a bank card. Remember to carry your boat ticket or booking confirmation.

6. Strollers - If you wish to bring a stroller, please inform us when making your reservation or notify our friendly crew members at boarding.

7. Our carefully designed, locally inspired menu caters to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dietary needs. Please inform us of any other special dietary requirements or allergies when making your reservation.

We'll send you a confirmation voucher once your booking is confirmed.
You must complete the boarding procedures at the location specified in your booking confirmation at least 30 minutes before the boarding time. Late arrivals may be denied entry. Once the vessel departs from the pier, latecomers will not be accommodated and will be considered a "no-show."
