***iPhones sold in Mainland China and iPhones sold in Hong Kong/Macau do not support this eSIM.
*** Samsung phones have different versions depending on the country of purchase. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please confirm with the Samsung official website first.
***A QR code can only be scanned and installed once. Once bound, the device cannot be changed and it cannot be deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be scanned and installed again and needs to be purchased again.
***Mobile phone versions vary from country to country. Please make sure your phone supports eSIM before purchasing. No refund will be given if the order is cancelled due to device incompatibility.

1. How to download and use eSIM after purchasing it?
After your purchase, the system will send the QR code for downloading the eSIM to the email address address of your booking .
2. What should I do if I don’t receive the email for downloading the QR code?
Contact customer service to resend the QR code.
3.Can I download the eSIM profile on different devices?
No, an eSLM profile can only be downloaded to one device.
4.Why can’t I “join the mobile network plan” after scanning the eSIM QR code on my device?
Please make sure your device is connected to WiFi and try again.
5. How to switch data to eSIM?
Please check whether the cellular plan is turned on and select "Cellular Network - Cellular Plan"
-Activate this number’. If you still have problems, please contact customer service.
6.How to check ICCID?
If the cellular number is turned on, you can go to "General > About > eSIM" to view the ICCID.
