- If visitors are unable to verify their tickets on the day of visit due to forgotten, lost, or damaged IDs, they must present alternative photo IDs with ID numbers (such as temporary IDs, driver's licenses, or social security cards) matching the booking information at the respective park or circus ticket office for identity verification and ticket collection.
- Admission guidelines
- To ensure public safety, all visitors (audience members) entering Chimelong theme parks and circus performance venues must undergo security checks. Please proactively open your personal bags for inspection. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled items, flammable/explosive materials, or other prohibited items as stipulated by laws and regulations into the parks (venues).
- To ensure the safety of the animals in the park, except for infant food and a reasonable amount of drinking water for personal consumption, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Birds Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom do not allow visitors to bring in any other food or beverages. For other Chimelong theme parks (including Chimelong Happy World, Chimelong Water Park, etc.) and circus venues, visitors (audience members) may bring food and beverages for personal consumption, but the following items are not permitted: food that requires heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or temperature control (such as instant noodles that require hot water or self-heating meals), food with strong odors (such as durian), and any other food unsuitable for bringing into the park.
- Some attractions have height and health requirements. Please decide which activities you can participate in based on your personal circumstances.
- For the safety of other children, "parent-child safety ropes" are not allowed in the park. Selfie sticks are prohibited on amusement rides, during gatherings, and in crowded areas.
- In case of severe weather conditions that may affect the safe operation of equipment (such as thunderstorms, rain, snow, hail, fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.), some outdoor large-scale amusement rides will be suspended, and park performances may be temporarily or partially canceled.
- The admission ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Please collect the ticket and enter the attraction on the selected date of use at the time of booking. If the attraction's operating hours are adjusted on the day, the on-site notice shall prevail.
- Admission ticket purchase quantity instructions
- For the same park/theater, a ticket purchaser can buy up to 3 admission tickets per valid ID on the same date, and up to 30 tickets per calendar year (excluding child tickets). Purchase limits for other restricted products are subject to event rules and system prompts.
- If the same ID is used to purchase one or more admission tickets for the same date at the same park/circus venue, the ID holder must use one of the tickets to enter, and fellow visitors booked with the same ID must also enter at the same time as the ID holder. Annual pass holders should not use their own ID to purchase tickets for others if they plan to enter using their annual pass.
- Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal action against any party who purchases admission tickets for resale or any other unlawful commercial purposes.
