Known for its distinctive futuristic design and panoramic views, the tower offers visitors a unique perspective of Shanghai’s blend of modern architecture, historic districts, and the Huangpu River.

- This is a time-slot admission ticket. Please arrive at the ticket check area on the right side of "Welcome to Shanghai" within your selected time slot. Late arrivals will not be accepted. (Example: For the 9:00 AM–11:00 AM time slot, ticket validation must be completed between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.)
- The Star Express Lane provides a fast track to reach the main observation deck at 263m when ascending the tower, significantly reducing queuing time. However, this does not mean you can skip the queue entirely. The actual situation is subject to the attraction's on-site conditions.
- Each adult can bring a maximum of 1 child (including free entry and child tickets).
- Unused bookings can be refunded within 1 year from the date of use, but cannot be refunded after 1 year.
- All visitors must provide real-name information when purchasing tickets. Please present your original ID card (People's Republic of China resident ID card) when entering the park. Your ID card will be used for ticket verification and gate access, and it must match the ID information provided during ticket purchase. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
