What to expect

Located opposite the Bund, Lujiazui is the heart of China's budding financial sector and the only specifically designated financial development zone on the mainland. When taking the elevator, please stand firmly and hold on to the elevator door. Do not lean on the elevator door to avoid being pinched when the door opens.
If there are many tourists on site, please follow the staff's instructions and queue up in an orderly manner to go up and down the stairs.
Visitors with heart disease, high (low) blood pressure, asthma, high eye (brain) pressure, or other medical conditions, as well as those who are pregnant, may experience discomfort when riding high-speed elevators. Please consult a doctor beforehand. These visitors must be accompanied during their visit.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in this venue. Please do not bring pets, knives, lighters, alcoholic beverages or other prohibited or dangerous items into the venue.
To create a more comfortable visiting environment for you and other tourists, we do not accept large luggage into the Observation Deck. Visitors with large luggage (suitcases, scooters, camping vehicles, etc.) are kindly requested to store them in advance at the box office on the first floor or in the Locker in the underground shopping arcade on the second floor.
