Ticket pick-up location Li River Cruise (Mopanshan Pier), Lingchuan, Guilin Ticket pick-up time 09:00~10:00(Subject to staff notification.) Place of use: Location of use and Time of use are the same as Ticket pick-up location and Ticket pick-up time After successful purchase, please provide a photo of your ID used for booking to customer support for boat ticket purchase. Boat ticket does not include transfer service. For shuttle bus products, the pick-up coverage area is: east to Sanlidai Roundabout, west to Qinghe Meibang, south to Bazhong Intersection, and north to North Railway Station. For locations beyond this area, the nearest meeting point to your hotel will be arranged. Pick-up times are 6:30 AM–7:30 AM for morning shifts and 9:30 PM–10:30 PM for evening shifts, subject to final confirmation by staff. Please note that drivers may arrive 10–50 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic conditions or road situations. The bus will pick up passengers at designated stops. Some hotels may not be accessible for direct pick-up, requiring guests to board at nearby bus stops or parking lots with convenient access. We appreciate your understanding. If traveling with a child under 7, please inform staff immediately to obtain a free ticket (note: the child's name and ID number are required). Each adult can bring only one free child onboard. The shuttle bus package includes pier transfer service. Free children occupy a seat and require an additional payment of ¥30 per child upon boarding. Departure time slots: Morning departure 9:30 AM–11:00 AM, afternoon departure 12:00 PM–1:30 PM. Boarding begins at 9:30 AM for morning departures (12:00 PM for afternoon departures). Additional boats may be added based on daily visitor numbers, with departures every 30 minutes. Specific departure time slots cannot be assigned and will be confirmed on your boat ticket. Staff will notify you one day in advance. During peak seasons like Labor Day, National Day, Spring Festival, and major holidays, tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Therefore, we cannot guarantee upper deck seats for guests who book them. If you don't receive an upper deck ticket after placing your order, you can request a refund for the price difference. During peak seasons like Labor Day, National Day, Spring Festival, and major holidays, we operate a ticket-grabbing system. After placing an order, we'll help travelers secure tickets. If unsuccessful, travelers can cancel without penalty or compensation. Please consider carefully before ordering if this concerns you! The cruise requires a minimum of 30 passengers to depart. If the passenger count is insufficient, a full refund will be issued without compensation. Please note that random seat assignment applies and seat selection is not available. The random cabin class is set to lower deck by default. This boat ticket price includes the ticketing service fee. A successful order does not guarantee a successful purchase. The final purchase result will be confirmed by customer support! The cruise duration is approximately 4 hours under normal water levels. The selected time slot during booking indicates the cruise departure window, with the exact departure time subject to supplier notification. Departure time slot notice: The 9:30–11:00 time slots operate year-round. The attraction will arrange boats starting from 9:30 the day before departure based on actual ticket sales. If the current time slot is full, the next available slot will be assigned (every 30 minutes). Boat tickets are issued under real-name registration, with each passenger assigned a fixed departure time (non-changeable). Actual departure times are subject to the attraction's scheduling. During major holidays like National Day, Spring Festival, and school breaks, additional time slots (e.g., 9:00, 11:30) may be added based on visitor numbers. Visitors traveling during these periods should plan accordingly.
Attraction Notice: According to the document issued by the Ministry of Transport (Jiao Shui Gui [2020] No. 6): Children under 1 year old (exclusive) can board the sightseeing cruise without a ticket. Children aged 1 year or older must purchase a ticket. Each adult can bring up to two children under 6 years old or under 1.2m in height who do not occupy seats (adult travelers must provide the children's identification information when purchasing tickets to obtain free child tickets). If a separate seat is required, a concession ticket at half price of the sightseeing cruise ticket must be purchased. When an adult brings more than two children who meet the free boarding age or height requirements, additional child travelers must purchase concession tickets at half price of the boat ticket. Minors who qualify for the above concessions must present their valid ID when purchasing tickets and entering the park. If a free child ticket is not purchased at the time of booking and boarding is denied due to cruise passenger capacity limits preventing ticket purchase, resulting in travel disruption, the responsibility shall be borne by the travelers themselves. The ticketing platform sells cruise tickets sequentially by seat number. This may result in consecutive seat numbers being at different tables or decks. It's also possible for seat numbers to become non-consecutive due to travelers canceling their bookings mid-process. The attraction does not offer modification services. Please double-check the travel date and departure time on your purchased tickets to avoid booking the wrong date or cruise. Please read the platform rules carefully, including product descriptions, pricing details, usage instructions, refund policies, and discount terms for attraction tickets. Due to the limited availability of boat tickets at the attraction, all purchased tickets are pre-booked and printed as paper tickets, so the cancellation and change policy cannot follow the online refund process. General Policy Each adult can bring one child aged 7 or under for free. Additional children will be charged at the child ticket rate. Eligible groups for discounts: Full-time undergraduate students and below (with student ID); active-duty military personnel, families of martyrs, visitors with disabilities, disabled revolutionary veterans, etc. (with valid ID). Discounted boat tickets must be purchased at the pier, as we (online sales) cannot process any discounted tickets. If eligible groups book adult or child tickets, we cannot refund the price difference. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms. The cruise does not have fixed departure time slots. Sailing times are randomly assigned and cannot be selected in advance. Seat selection is not available, and remaining seats cannot be monitored in real time. We recommend travelers plan accordingly and book early to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Travelers arriving in Guilin on the same day of use should purchase with caution. The boat ticket is a one-way ticket. If the boarding or disembarking port is adjusted due to special circumstances, staff will contact you to make changes. The ticket is only valid for the specified date and time. If you miss your scheduled time, you will need to purchase a new ticket. If the cruise is canceled due to seasonal suspension, weather conditions, floods, low water levels, or other force majeure events, you can cancel without penalty. Please book another available cruise. Trip.com will not provide additional compensation. 5. Boat tickets are assigned to lower deck cabins by default. If onboard staff suggest upgrading your cabin class by offering additional meals, paying price differences, etc., these are personal initiatives. Travelers are advised to make careful choices and avoid unnecessary concerns. Note: Due to the real-name policy for the Li River Cruise, boat ticket times and seats are randomly assigned and cannot be chosen. Travelers in the same booking, including adults and children, may not be seated together. To help travelers sit together on the cruise, they may board using tickets that are not their own. Please do not be concerned about this. Consider this carefully before placing your booking. Our company will not be responsible for any disputes arising from seating arrangements. The boat ticket serves as the invoice (the paper ticket is stamped with a special invoice seal). Please collect your ticket at the attraction's ticket window or self-service kiosk before boarding and keep it safe. The attraction will not issue a separate invoice. The staff has already assisted in collecting the boat tickets that morning. Please follow the SMS instructions and contact the ticket collector. Random cabin class assignments default to lower deck. If onboard staff offer cabin class upgrades in exchange for additional meals, a la carte orders, or price differences, these are personal actions. Travelers should carefully consider their choices and avoid unnecessary hesitation. Different ship numbers are only used to distinguish between different merchants, not different cruises, nor the actual cruise number you will board. The cruise company arranges to receive travelers based on the daily departure notice at the dock, and there may be adjustments to the cruise ship number of the same star rating on the day of travel. If the booked cruise is in an upper cabin class but is arranged as a lower cabin class, the supplier will refund the price difference based on the current selling price.
