Step‑by‑Step Registration Process

1. Access the Portal

Navigate to the HolidaySG website.

Click on “B2B LOGIN” in the top right corner.

You will be redirected to the B2B Partner Login page.

2. Apply for a B2B Account

If you are not registered yet, click on “Apply for B2B account”.

Complete the partnership application form.

Wait for approval from HolidaySG support before attempting login.

3. Fill in Account Information

Provide your business and contact details:

Full Name – e.g., Priya Sharma

Email Address – e.g., priya@globetrotters.com

Company Name – e.g., GlobeTrotters Travel Agency

Phone / WhatsApp – e.g., +65 8765 4321

Password – minimum 8 characters

Confirm Password – re‑enter to verify

4. Enter Partnership Details

Specify your business model and commercial terms:

Are you a Direct Operator or Authorized Distributor? Choose one: Direct Operator, Authorized Distributor, or Both.

Commercial Model Options: Net Rate, Commission, Markup Controlled by Supplier, or Mixed.

Base Margin Offered (Include Volume Tiers) Example: 10% base margin; 13% for monthly volume above SGD 30k; 15% for SGD 80k+.
