HolidaySG B2B Portal | How to Add and Manage Sub‑Agents
1️⃣ Navigate to Sub‑Agent List
Log in to your B2B Partner Portal.
From the left sidebar, click Manage Agents → SubAgent List.
You’ll see the SubAgent List page with a search bar and a green + NEW SUBAGENT button.
2️⃣ Add a New Sub‑Agent
Click + NEW SUBAGENT.
Fill in the required details:
Name of the sub‑agent or company
Email address for login and notifications
Credit Limit (maximum wallet usage allowed)
Tier (optional, for grouping agents by level or commission)
Status (Active or Inactive)
3️⃣ Save and Confirm
After entering details, click Save.
The new sub‑agent will appear in your list with their credit balance and status.
You can edit or deactivate them anytime using the Actions column.
4️⃣ Manage Sub‑Agent Accounts
Use the Search bar to find specific agents.
Monitor their Credit Balance and Tier to ensure smooth operations.
Encourage sub‑agents to top up their wallets regularly for uninterrupted bookings.
