If guests are late, the sightseeing boat will depart on time without waiting. If guests are unable to board due to lateness, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be issued.
5. Privately brought food and beverages are prohibited onboard.
For seniors aged 70 or above but under 80 traveling, a health certificate or a physical examination report from a top-tier hospital must be provided in accordance with legal requirements, along with signing a liability waiver.
7. This sightseeing boat does not provide onboard guide commentary services.
8. For details on closure dates, please refer to (subject to the official website's announcement). ※In the event of uncontrollable factors such as vessel inspections or maintenance, the sightseeing cruise ship Santa Maria may be substituted with another vessel, and no refunds will be issued.
9. Child tickets for this boat ticket cannot be booked separately. They must be booked together with adult tickets from the same supplier for proper arrangement. Any issues arising from booking errors or personal reasons will be the responsibility of the passenger.
10. Important Notice!! No refunds will be issued for cancellations (suspension of service) due to safety concerns caused by weather or sea conditions.
11. Operating hours: 11:00–16:00 (subject to seasonal changes). Operating hours may change without prior notice. This ticket is not valid for the twilight cruise.
