Notes on using the Eurail German Rail Pass: 1. The name on the pass must be consistent with the valid passport/ID card. If the conductor discovers inconsistencies when checking tickets, he may require a replacement ticket at the full price and charge a fine of 200 euros. 2. The pass must be activated within 11 months from the date of purchase. Expired passes will be automatically invalidated. 3. Eurail German Rail Pass holders cannot use Deutsche Bahn VIP lounges. Please note that partially used or activated passes (that is, after the date selected when binding the APP) are non-refundable This ticket is only forNoPurchase by European citizens or residents [Children related regulations] Children aged 4 to 11 years old can ride for free with a child pass Each adult passenger can bring 2 children for free. If an adult passenger needs to bring more than 2 children, a separate Youth Pass must be purchased for the third or more children. The child pass must be consistent with the accompanying adult pass (same pass type, carriage class, number of travel days, validity period, etc.).
