Terms & conditions
- All pairs and groups are required to purchase the same ticket type, as each ticket's entitlements are non-transferable.
- Tickets can only be refunded or rescheduled if MOIC Ticket Insurance is purchased as an add-on upon upon checkout.
- Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and void if altered or duplicated.
- Please note that a ticketing fee of $4 per ticket will be applied at checkout.
- Children 2 years and under enter for free.
- Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Each ticket admits one person which will be checked at entry, and is valid only on the date of ticket.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- Your ticket entitles you to entry within your 30 minute entry window, and please note that you may need to queue for entry.
- Museum of Ice Cream is not responsible and does not assume liability for any injury, damage or loss you may incur, whether such injury, damage or loss is caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Museum of Ice Cream may, without prior notice and without refund, compensation or any liability, change the operating hours, close and/or restrict admissions to the attraction due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other reasons.
