• Since loose items including phones and cameras are not allowed on the ride itself, rely on the automated on-ride cameras or have a non-riding friend take photos of you from the ground plaza.

• If using the on-ride photo service, look straight ahead and smile as the camera captures you against the backdrop of the ocean and island.

• For the best architectural shots of the SkyHelix tower itself, step back towards the beach plaza during the blue hour just after sunset when the structure is beautifully illuminated.

Important Guidelines & Safety

• Ensure you meet the minimum height and health requirements, and inform the staff if you have a fear of heights, heart conditions, or are pregnant, as the open-air nature of the ride can be intense.

• Keep your hands and feet inside the designated safety zones during the ascent and descent, and never attempt to unclip your harness until the ride has completely stopped and staff gives the all-clear.

• Stay hydrated before your ride, especially if visiting during the warmer afternoon hours, as the tropical humidity can be draining.
