The semi-submarine experience itself lasts approximately 40 to 50 minutes, but visitors should plan for around 1.5 to 2 hours including check-in, safety briefing, and onboard exploration. Allow extra time during peak seasons when queues may be longer.

4. All ages are welcome, but children under 13 cannot ride alone. Infants under 24 months can board for free, but age verification is required before boarding.
Fish feeding experience can be paid for on-site (cash or card accepted).
6. All activities include safety training.
The penguin semi-submarine has a capacity of 11 people. If your group exceeds 6 people, you can have exclusive use of one semi-submarine. (This policy may not apply during peak season)
Reservations during January and February may be subject to frequent changes due to local weather conditions (with only about 10 operational days possible per month in winter).
A single traveler can make a booking, but the minimum number of travelers required is 2. In this case, you may share the boat with other travelers. (If no other travelers book for the same time slot, the booking cannot proceed with just one traveler.)
