- Once the redemption serial number is opened, it must be used within 365 days. Once you start using and redeeming products, please use them within 7 days. (For example, if the first product is written off for use on January 1, 2024, the use period will end on January 7, 2024. If it exceeds, it will become invalid.)
- The activation period of the redemption voucher serial number is December 31, 2024, and you must complete the login on the APP before (including the day).
- Lost ticket cards and paper tickets cannot be reissued, so please keep them properly.
