  • Pregnant women (and those who may become pregnant), people with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, and epilepsy are not suitable for participating in water activity. People with colds are also not suitable for diving activity .

  • Snorkeling and diving: If the weather conditions result in poor visibility and you are unable to see sea turtles, this is a natural factor and no refund will be given

  • Please bring your own swimsuit, change of clothes, towel and water bottle. It is recommended to bring environmentally friendly tableware. Mask with prescription are provided.
  • Before participating in diving activity, you must read and complete the "Waiver and Risk Assumption Agreement" and "Health Survey Agreement"
  • You must follow the coach's instructions during the activity. If you cannot cooperate, the coach has the right to terminate the activity and will not refund the fee. We will not be responsible for any accidents caused by not following the advice.
  • If you are unable to participate in the activity due to a temporary cold, you must provide a doctor's certificate. If you cannot provide it, no refund will be given. No refund will be given for lateness or other cancellations not caused by force majeure
