3. Customers can get a time adjustment within 15 minutes of the booking time. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, a waiting fee of 200 will be charged.


4. If you are carrying prohibited items and they are detained by customs during transit, we have the right to cancel the trip immediately and no refund will be given

The lead passenger must bring a valid photo ID or passport and the booking confirmation voucher to present to the driver before departure.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time receive a full refund, while cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the entire fare.
The vehicle is restricted to paved roads and cannot traverse mountainous off-road trails, and drivers are legally prohibited from working more than 10 consecutive hours without a mandatory rest period.
