Do you need a visa for Cuba?
Travellers from 19 countries incl. Malaysia (90 days, bilateral waiver), Russia, Belarus, Serbia, Mongolia, some CIS & Caribbean states. Singapore & most others need the e-Visa. can generally enter Cuba without a visa. An e-Visa is available — MANDATORY E-VISA. Since 1 July 2025 Cuba's paper tourist card is abolished - ALL air travellers must buy an online e-Visa (approx US$50) before departure AND complete the D'Viajeros form. US-routed flights must arrange the visa via the airline, not online..
