No. Singapore passport holders enter Poland and the wider Schengen Area visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Once ETIAS goes live they will need an approved ETIAS travel authorisation (EUR 20, valid 3 years) before travelling.
Yes. Indian passport holders must obtain a Schengen Uniform (Type C) short-stay visa before travelling to Poland. There is no visa on arrival and no e-visa.
No. The Schengen Area does not offer visa on arrival, and there is no classic e-visa. Visa-required nationals apply through a consulate/visa centre; the EU is gradually introducing a common online visa application platform. ETIAS is a travel authorisation (for visa-exempt nationals), not a visa.
