It is recommended to obtain the departure time slot brochure at the counter during ticket redemption. Alternatively, you can check the schedule in advance on the Eco Hopper official website.
The cruise departs from Circular Quay and Darling Harbour, with departures every 30-45 minutes. A full round trip takes approximately 1.5 hours. Please plan your itinerary accordingly.

1. Please proceed on your own to the Captain Cook ticket office at Circular Quay Wharf No.6 (daily) or Darling Harbour King Street Wharf 1 (Saturdays and Sundays). Present the confirmation number on your electronic voucher to check in, then follow the instructions of the on-site staff to prepare for boarding at the wharf. If you cannot locate the wharf, please consult the on-site staff.2. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the departure time. Staff will provide information about the departure ferry terminal for boarding.

5. Please keep your boat ticket safe. Lost tickets cannot be reissued and will require repurchase.
