Is it still worth visiting Bali in 2024 given overtourism? Where are good alternatives?

Bali is still amazing if you avoid Canggu and Seminyak. Sidemen, Amed, and the northwest coast around Menawa feel completely different. The island's heart—its temples, rice terraces, and volcanic hikes—hasn't changed. Just venture beyond the tourist belt.
