Lisbon’s Oceanário aquarium, the interactive science museum Museu da Ciência da Universidade de Lisboa, and the nearby beach town Cascais are great for kids. The 28 tram ride offers a fun, scenic way to see the city without tiring little legs. Many museums provide free or discounted entry for children under 12.
