Dubai Desert Hot Air Balloon Experience

1. Guests are required to bring a valid ID or passport. Passengers without a valid ID will not be allowed to board the aircraft. 2. The Balloon Flights group will share the exact pick-up time the day before your trip (7:00 PM to 8:30 PM). 3. Please arrive at the Pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay may result in the cancellation of the entire Fetion. 4. shared transportation pick- transfer service times may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and your location. 5. Children under five years old and senior over 80 years old are not allowed to ride in hot air balloon ride. 6. ZD weight limit is 119 kg. Guests exceeding this limit will need the pilot's approval and will be subject to additional charges. 7. Pregnant women are not allowed to ride in hot air balloon ride. 8. If the guest cancels at the last minute, a 100% no show fee will be charged. No alternative travel arrangements will be made and no refund will be given. 9. All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a supported position upon landing. The Company does not accept any liability for any adverse medical conditions and guests do so at their own risk. 10. Guests with disabilities (including mental health, emotional and physical conditions) are not permitted to attend. 11. Guests are not allowed to bring heavy luggage during the activity. 12. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drug is strictly prohibited from travelling on board the aircraft. 13. Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for this activity. Be sure to avoid high heels and wear comfortable shoes or boots instead. 14. This activity is not recommended for people with heart conditions, severe knee problems, back problems, people who have undergone major surgery in the past six months, or people who are afraid of heights. 15. Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full discretion to decide whether to continue or cancel the flight, prioritizing passenger safety and complying with flight guidelines. If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, guests will be offered the next available travel date or a full refund.
