Dubai: Entry to Burj Khalifa Levels 124 & 125

Ticket Eligibility Children aged 0–3 years can enter free of charge but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Child tickets apply to children aged 4–12 years. Adult tickets apply to guests aged 13 years and above. All guests must present a valid ticket or QR code upon entry. Attraction Access The ticket provides fast-track entry to Burj Khalifa Levels 124 and 125. Access includes the high-speed elevator ride to the observation decks. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, desert, and coastline from the observation decks. Visitors may explore indoor viewing galleries and outdoor terrace areas on the observation levels. Entry is valid for the selected date and time slot booked. Additional Information The fast-track option allows guests to bypass standard ticket queues, but security checks are still required. The attraction is located within The Dubai Mall complex. Peak hours may experience higher visitor numbers, and waiting times may still occur at elevators or viewing areas. Visitors are encouraged to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the selected time slot. Important Notes Large luggage, food, and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction. Personal items may be subject to security screening before entry. The management reserves the right to refuse entry for safety or operational reasons. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed unless stated otherwise by the operator. Opening hours and access may be subject to change depending on operational conditions. How to Get There The attraction is located at Burj Khalifa inside The Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai. Take the Dubai Metro Red Line and stop at Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station. From the station, follow the air-conditioned walkway to The Dubai Mall, then proceed to the “At The Top” entrance on the Lower Ground Level. Taxis and ride-hailing services can also drop visitors directly at The Dubai Mall entrance.
