This ticket applies to all markets. Customers are subject to inform about any medical conditions concern to the spa reception upon arrival. Vouchers are valid for a single transaction only. Let's Relax Onsen reserves the right to update or modify the terms and conditions or revoke the vouchers at anytime without prior notice. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions and privileges. Customers with serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin infection or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited to exercise Onsen facilities. Customers with cancer, skin infection, bone-related symptoms or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited for spa treatments. Company reserves the right to refuse services to customers who behave in an ill-mannered, aggressive or hostile way towards any member of staff or other customers . Customers whose body temperature over 37.5 °C are not prohibited for the Service. Female customers during pregnancy or menstruation are prohibited to use Onsen facilities and spa treatments. Children aged 1-8 years are not allowed to enter the facilities or used the service. Individual ages 8 and above can be use the tickets. The company hold no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, under any circumstances, to the customers personal valuable items or belongings brought to the facility. Vouchers are strictly non-refundable from date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
