No refunds or compensation will be provided if participation is denied for the above reasons. - Guests with claustrophobia or anxiety disorders cannot participate. - Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Due to Okinawa's unpredictable weather, sometimes it's only when the boat reaches the Blue Grotto entrance that we learn access inside is impossible. In such cases, the snorkeling activity will be changed to take place in the waters outside the Blue Grotto. If this occurs, no refunds or compensation will be provided. If the activity is affected by typhoons or bad weather, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone, email, or messaging apps to reschedule or cancel your booking. If you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued. Please note that due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may vary slightly.
