- Infants aged between 0–2 years inclusive are free of charge.
- Senior fare is only applicable to Hong Kong residents holding a valid Hong Kong JoyYou Card or Hong Kong Senior Citizen Card as proof of age.
- According to the “Tung Chung Cable Car Bylaw”, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above to board. Proof of age may be requested by Ngong Ping 360 staff.
- In the case of cable car service suspension due to weather or other reasons, guests may exchange their tickets for another date or apply for a refund at the ticketing office of Tung Chung Cable Car Terminal, Ngong Ping Cable Car Terminal, or via email at info@np360.com.hk.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Ngong Ping 360 Limited shall be final.

About Hong Kong Ngong Ping 360
Visit during early morning or late afternoon for the best lighting and fewer crowds. Clear winter days offer the most visibility, while autumn brings comfortable temperatures and crisp mountain air.
Allow approximately 2 to 4 hours to enjoy the cable car ride, explore Ngong Ping Village, and visit the Tian Tan Buddha at a relaxed pace.
Soar above Hong Kong's breathtaking landscapes and immerse yourself in cultural wonders aboard the Ngong Ping Cable Car.
The cable car cabins and Ngong Ping Village are wheelchair accessible, with assistance available upon request. Designated parking and elevator access are provided at Tung Chung Station.
Follow all safety instructions during the cable car ride and secure loose items in the Crystal Cabin.
Stay on designated paths during outdoor exploration and watch for uneven terrain.
Carry sunscreen, water, and rain gear depending on the season and weather forecast.
Dress modestly when visiting the Po Lin Monastery and Buddha site out of respect. Remove hats and keep voices low in temple areas. Offer incense and prayers at the incense burners as a traditional gesture of goodwill.
