You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Groups of more than 6 people will be refused/declined. Adventure Q2 is a small property and large groups have a negative effect on the hostel's atmosphere. Any booking that is suspected to be for 7 or more persons will be refused check-in. As per our refund policy, there are no refunds for Covid-19 reasons (with the exception of the government closing the border, which is unlikely). We urge all guests to ensure they have suitable travel insurance. Masks & Face coverings Face coverings indoors are not mandatory for accommodation providers. Due to the communal and social nature of hostels, wearing a mask indoors may be impractical. Therefore wearing a mask is to be a personal choice for each guest including staff who are, simultaneously, also live-in guests of the hostel.
