To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform. Front desk is open 24/7. Wantilan Restaurant including the Sunken Bar will be under renovation works from 6th February to 31st August 2026 from 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM. All renovation areas are enclosed with high partitions to minimize visibility to guests. Furthermore, all work is being carried out manually without the use of heavy machinery in order to reduce noise and disturbance as much as possible. All facilities remain open as usual, guests may continue to enjoy the beach facilities, including the long chairs and Starfish Beach Lounge, which remains open for lunch and dinner. While breakfast service, which is normally served at Wantilan Restaurant and during the renovation, breakfast will be served at the Santrian Art Gallery, located in the center of the resort and away from the renovation area. Beachfront swimming pool remains fully operational. During the renovation of the Sunken Bar, a temporary poolside bar has been provided, allowing guests to continue enjoying food and beverages comfortably by the pool and beach area. When placing 3 people in a room, it is mandatory to pay for an extra bed for any guest over 3 years old.
