The final payment for the entire stay is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. Guests who cancel the booking may receive a refund in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Guests must check-in at the Management Company and receive a key to the property. Their office is located near JR Kyoto Station (a 3 minute walk) and is open daily from 10:00 to 19:00. The office address and the map to the property will be provided once the payment is made. Guests are kindly requested to keep the noise level down as the property is in a very quiet residential area. There is no child rate. Children will be charged normal adult rates unless they are infants who can share a bed.
