Please note that Stripe credit card transaction fees are non refundable should you cancel after a deposit or full payment is processed. They remain with Stripe and we do not receive money from the transaction fees whatsoever. Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement. If the Australian Government issues a Coronavirus (COVID-19) directive that prohibits you being able to stay at the property then we can offer a transfer of dates up to 12 months ahead of the original booking dates.
