Housekeeping frequency depends on the rate booked. For 7 night or more, cleaning is twice a week with linen and towel change once a week. All villas have free access to the Rawai Park, but special events and trampolines/interactive areas are extra. Rawai park is closed for cleaning every last Monday of the month, except holidays. The hotel provides airport transfer service. One way transfer costs 1500 THB per van, and two way transfer 2500 for a van.
