Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Domestic transfer and meals are mandatory additional charges that are excluded from the room rate. Adult domestic transfer: Rp 1,190,000 net (round-trip) Child (5-17 yr.) domestic transfer: Rp 809,200 net (round-trip) Adult meals (3) per night stay: Rp 1,184,050 net Child meals (3) per night stay: Rp 535,500 net To meet the Telunas boat schedule, Guests must take the 11.10am BatamFast ferry from Singapore to Sekupang, Batam and the 12.30pm BatamFast ferry from Batam back to Singapore.
