Phase 1 has been completed. The hotel is currently operating 110 new Deluxe Garden View Rooms.
Phase 2 is expected to be completed in Q1 2026, approximately in March 2026. Upon completion, the hotel will add 109 new rooms, including Deluxe Rooms, One Bedroom Westin Suites, and Family Suites. After Phase 2, approximately 75% of the total room inventory will be newly renovated, including 96 Premium Rooms.
Phase 3 is scheduled to commence around April 2026 and is expected to be completed by Q3 2027.
Renovation works are carried out from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. The construction area is separated by barriers to minimize visual impact. Most heavy works are conducted outdoors during daytime hours, resulting in reduced noise levels. Beach access, swimming pools, and other hotel facilities remain unaffected during the renovation period.
One child under 12 years old stays free of charge when sharing existing bedding with a parent or legal guardian. No extra bed is provided.
Breakfast for the child is not included in the reservation price and is available at an additional charge.
The property offers connecting or adjoining rooms subject to availability. Requests for connecting or adjoining rooms should be made directly to the hotel using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.
