In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Guests will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit consumed for water. Guests must pay these fees directly to the property upon check out. Additional cleaning during the stay is not included in the room rates and an additional fee is to be paid directly at the property if cleaning services are requested.
